Thank you for your enquiry re my facilities regarding lettings in future. I regret, however, that at the moment, I am fully booked. I shall probably have a vacancy in April 1967, and if you are interested, perhaps you will write again at a later date.

I regret however, I only let the room, and do not supply meals, but there is every facility to prepare your own meals. My establishment is about three miles from the college, but there is a very frequent bus serving (approx every ten minutes).

Perhaps I shall hear from you further, and may I take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy New Year.
